    Special pre-conference forum on Friday 7 July 2017 with Keynote Presentation by Australia’s Race Discrimination Commissioner Dr Tim Soutphommasane 
  • WA Mental Health Awards and Gala Cocktail Dinner
    Launching the WA Mental Health Awards, recognising and celebrating innovation and excellence in mental health practice on Thursday 13 July 2017.
  • Frame of Mind
    Help us raise funds for mental health with an evening of stories and laughter with TV/radio veteran and acclaimed comedian Mikey Robins (Good News Week, Triple J, Spicks and Specs).
  • Embrace Nature – Photography Exhibition and 2018 Wellbeing Calendar
    This exhibition celebrates connection with nature and creative activity as Recovery tools. Showcasing entries from consumers and community members around the state, it invites delegates to help select favourite entries for our forthcoming Embrace Nature 2018 Wellbeing Calendar.
  • Aboriginal Mental Health Yarning Circle
    Hosted by a panel of Aboriginal Elders and community leaders, exploring indigenous mental health and suicide prevention.
  • Wellbeing Zone 
    With a “come and try” showcase of hands-on activities running parallel to the conference.
  • The Chill Out Lounge
    Staffed with professional mental health support workers, the Lounge is the place to head if you need to debrief on anything which may have come up during a session, or if you become unwell and need some extra support. However, it’s also a great place to just chill out, try some mindfulness activities or just to have a friendly chat, as you recharge your mental batteries.
  • Conversation Cafe
    New in 2017 based on popular demand, the Conversation Café will be an intimate setting for scheduled discussions to share ideas, address issues, solve problems and forge common ground.
  • Poster Exhibition
    A picture paints 100 words, so don’t miss the conference poster exhibition!A poster is a great way to present a project, research, story, perspective, or any visual information, that delegates can browse and engage with, at their own pace.
  • Networking Sundowner
    This innovative social event is all about meeting new people, forging connections and sourcing what you need.
